Outstanding sounding Kay M-1 from the 1st year they were made, normal wear and tear, repairs etc, newer fingerboard. Definitely a down sound and plays great: even the low E, which sounds dead on so many of these, but not this one, it's got a nice booming bottom E string. SOLD.
